Close to your needs
I offer psychological support to women preparing for birth and to parents. We can talk about worries, changes in your relationship and finding your way in a new situation.
You don't have to feel a certain way. We explore your experience and what support you need now. We agree the details and consultation format when you first get in touch.
You can look after yourself while caring for others too.

Close to parents' needs
Joy can exist alongside uncertainty, tiredness and worry. There is room in the conversation for different experiences.
- Before your baby arrives
- You can talk about waiting for your baby, worries about birth and changes in your relationship and everyday life.
- In a new everyday life
- We can talk about feeling overwhelmed, needing help and finding your way as a parent. You don't have to present your experience as an entirely happy one.
You can ask
Is support available for partners too?
I support parents and people preparing for parenthood. When you get in touch, we can agree who will take part in the consultation.
Can we meet online?
Yes. We will discuss the format and a quiet setting for our conversation when arranging the appointment.
Does a conversation replace medical care?
No. Ask your doctor or midwife about pregnancy, birth and physical symptoms. A psychological consultation offers space for feelings and needs.
Where shall
we start?
Our first meeting helps us get to know your situation and needs. You don't need to prepare your story or know what to ask.
We usually talk for 50 minutes. We agree the date, fee and consultation format in advance. During the meeting, we explore possible next steps together.
