Different ways
to talk
You don't have to know straight away which one will suit you.
| Individually | In a group |
|---|---|
| Attention focused on your situation and needs. | Space to connect with people with similar experiences. |
| The pace and topics are agreed with the person leading the meeting. | Sharing experiences within agreed group guidelines. |
| You can start with an initial consultation. | Before joining, ask who the group is for and how it is organised. |
Before
you join
Ask who the group is for, how to join and whether an individual conversation comes first. Discuss the schedule, frequency, location or online format, fee, participation guidelines and confidentiality.
There is no open registration form or published timetable on this website. Asking about a group helps clarify current options; sending an enquiry does not reserve a place.
