Space for missing someone
Grief has no single pattern or deadline. Every relationship and every loss is different. I meet your experience with respect, without judgement or pressure to move faster.
We can talk about sadness, longing, anger, guilt or silence. We can also explore everyday life after loss and what is helping you through it now.
There is no single right way to experience loss.
Space for
your feelings
- The death of someone close
- Difficult feelings after loss
- Feeling alone
- Changes in everyday life and relationships
- Talking about memories and missing someone
- Being alongside loved ones in grief
At your own pace
You can bring your own story of a relationship and loss — even when others feel it is time to return to everyday life.
- Memories and longing
- You can talk about the person who is no longer here, time you shared and things left unsaid. You don't have to come intending to close that chapter.
- Life after loss
- The conversation may focus on loneliness, changing responsibilities, family relationships and ordinary days that suddenly feel different.
You can ask
Is there a right time to seek support?
There is no single point when you should ask for help. You can come soon after a loss or much later, whenever you need a conversation.
What if I can't talk?
You don't have to speak fluently or explain every feeling. We can begin with a few words, a question or a moment of silence.
Can this be a conversation for the family too?
If you would like to bring someone close, mention it when booking. We will agree on an appropriate format for the meeting.
Where shall
we start?
Our first meeting helps us get to know your situation and needs. You don't need to prepare your story or know what to ask.
We usually talk for 50 minutes. We agree the date, fee and consultation format in advance. During the meeting, we explore possible next steps together.
Questions before your first meetingLet's talk
