At your own pace
I am a psychologist, psycho-oncologist and Gestalt psychotherapist in training. Connection, attention to feelings and respect for your boundaries are central to my work.
In our first meetings, we explore what brings you here and what support you need. We discuss how we can work together and agree the next steps.
You can talk, and you can look for words. There is space for you here.
Space for
your feelings
- Difficulties in relationships
- Feeling overwhelmed and emotionally tense
- Feeling lost
- Crises and life changes
- Wanting to understand yourself better
- Difficulty expressing feelings and needs
Connection and awareness
You don't need one clearly defined difficulty. We can begin simply with how life feels for you.
- Relationships and boundaries
- You can talk about patterns in your relationships, difficulty saying no or needs that haven't had space until now.
- Feelings and the body
- Present experience and awareness are important in the Gestalt approach. If you wish, we can also explore tension and bodily sensations. Your readiness guides the scope of our work.
- Different stages of life
- I work with adults and older people. Conversations may focus on change, overwhelm, loneliness or wanting to understand yourself better. Support for children and young people has its own page.
You can ask
Do I need a diagnosis?
You don't need to come with a diagnosis. You can begin by describing your own experiences and questions. During the consultation, we'll explore the form of help you may need.
How many meetings will I need?
I don't set a number of meetings in advance on this website. We discuss the aim, frequency and working arrangements after understanding your situation.
Can I ask about your approach?
Yes. You can ask about Gestalt, how meetings work and the arrangements for working together. My biography makes clear that I am currently in psychotherapy training.
Where shall
we start?
Our first meeting helps us get to know your situation and needs. You don't need to prepare your story or know what to ask.
We usually talk for 50 minutes. We agree the date, fee and consultation format in advance. During the meeting, we explore possible next steps together.
