Trauma support

Some experiences stay with us long after they happen. You can look for a safe space to explore them.

Safety first

When working with difficult experiences, I start with connection and a sense of safety. You decide what you want to talk about and what you are ready for.

We gently explore feelings, tension and how past experiences affect everyday life. You don't have to share everything at the first meeting. We agree the scope of support together.

Your boundaries and readiness matter at every stage of the conversation.

your feelings

Your boundaries

You don't have to begin with a detailed account of the most difficult events.

What is happening now
We can explore how you feel in everyday life: in relationships, in your body and in situations that bring up tension. We agree together what to talk about.
A sense of agency
You can say that you need a break, don't want to answer or would prefer another topic. Being ready to talk doesn't mean agreeing to go beyond your boundaries.

You can ask

Do I have to share the details?

No. At the first meeting, you can say as much as you feel ready to. I don't require a detailed account of difficult events.

How do we begin?

By getting to know your situation, current needs and how you would like to talk. We agree the next steps after the consultation.

Can I ask questions first?

Yes. You can ask about my approach, the meeting format and practical arrangements before sharing your story.

Where shall
we start?

Our first meeting helps us get to know your situation and needs. You don't need to prepare your story or know what to ask.

We usually talk for 50 minutes. We agree the date, fee and consultation format in advance. During the meeting, we explore possible next steps together.
